| First off let us congratulate you both on your engagement! You have dreamed about your Wedding day for years, and now it's time to create it. Over the past 22 years the team from All Pro DJ's has created hundreds of weddings that were unique to each bride and groom. "How" you may ask? We know that creating this day will start by listening to you and carefully detailing the day's events so that you don't have to think about anything on wedding day. You and your guests can enjoy the day and watch all of your planning unfold before your very eyes!
At All Pro DJ's we have put together something that we call "Elegant Event Design". This is a description of what we'll cover in the months and prior to your event. It does not matter whether you are looking for formal and elegant, creative and themed, simple, interactive, or anywhere in between, you and your All Pro DJ consultant will begin to visualize your wedding day from beginning to end. |

| Consultation and Planning |
|
| During this first planning appointment we will be discussing the details of your wedding day's events. Pricing, system requirements, and the genres of music that you would like to be performed at the ceremony and reception will be the main focus. We will also be speaking with you regarding the design of the event from the introduction of the bride and groom to the Farewell dance. In the event that we do not finish the overall planning of the reception during the consultation we'll schedule a more concise planning meeting. This meeting will be used to finish determining the activities for your reception and the order in which they'll happen. We'll also answer any questions that you may have regarding the traditions and or non-traditional events for the evening, as well as go over the music selection and genre's that we'll be listening to and choosing for the music consultation. |

| Music Meeting |
|
| This is always the favorite meeting! The music consultation usually lasts an hour and will cover the music formatting that you desire for the ceremony (and/or) the reception. We will cover all aspects of the wedding day such as the style of music for the ceremony, the introduction of the wedding party, cocktail/dinner music, cake cutting, garter, bouquet, first dance, parent's dance, other special dances, and farewell dance. We will also discuss whether you will be tossing the bouquet and garter, presenting it or dedicating it to a friend, family, or honored guest at the reception. During this meeting if you are uncertain of the song choice that you would like for the events of the reception, you can allow your All Pro DJ consultant to give you some suggestions for the special occasion. |

| Final Consultation |
|
| During this appointment we will cover any last minute questions that you may have regarding the wedding day. We will also cover the details that we went over during the past appointments and make any changes that may be necessary for the reception day. After this appointment you will leave knowing that All Pro DJ's has covered every aspect of the day and no attention to detail has been overlooked. |
